Peace Meal Solidarity

Peace Meal Solidarity is a project that engages families with young children in the community in activities that promote inclusion and appreciation of diversity by providing globally-inspired meals and early literacy materials.

Join us in sending a message of unity and multicultural celebration as we partake in shared “grab-and-go” meals together and learn about our communities in Northern Michigan. An updated listing of partners offering unique globally inspired meals in February and March will be posted here and updated frequently.  Special event “passports” will be issued for your chance to win prizes, have some fun, and maybe even learn something new about your heritage, other cultures, and your community. Prepare for travel and tag us on social media #PeaceMealSolidarity and on Instagram! Take a look at the passport you will receive at any of our events. Be sure to bring it to the events you attend if you already have one!
